We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HRIS Transition Lead to own all HRIS integrations and implementations for our recently acquired portfolio companies and any future acquisitions. Additionally, this individual will manage our upcoming Workday HRIS implementation across the majority of our portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end HRIS integration process for recently acquired portfolio companies, ensuring a seamless transition of HR systems and data.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to identify requirements, design solutions, and execute HRIS integrations that align with our strategic objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful HRIS implementations within defined timeframes and budgets.
- Take the lead in the planning, execution, and monitoring of the full-scale Workday implementation across the majority of Regent's portfolio companies.
- Provide guidance and support to the project team and ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in Workday configuration and deployment.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to promote user adoption of new HRIS systems, processes, and tools within the portfolio companies.
- Implement robust data validation and quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of HR data during the transition and integration phases.
- Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to maintain the highest standards of data security and privacy compliance throughout all HRIS initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of HRIS systems post-implementation, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing HR processes for increased efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in HR technology to recommend innovative solutions that align with Regent's business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in HRIS implementations, integrations, and data migrations, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Workday implementations, configurations, and best practices.
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with private equity or investment industries is a plus.
Salary range: $160,000-$200,000
