Senior Privacy Analyst

TechOp Solutions International is seeking a Privacy Analyst for our Defense & Space team. As a Privacy Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that TechOp Solutions International's clients are meeting regulatory requirements for privacy and data protection. You will work closely with clients to assess their current compliance state, advise on areas of risk, and recommend appropriate measures to manage that risk and ensure compliance with regulation. TechOp Solutions International is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and is highly respected for our operational and technology experience in preparing and responding to security threats. Responsibilities

• Prepare Privacy Threshold Analyses (PTA); System of Records Notices (SORN); Privacy Impact
  Assessments (PIA); and Privacy Act (PA) statements to analyze new or proposed changes to
  existing technology, sharing agreements, and programs to identify privacy risks and
  provide possible mitigation strategies.
• Perform assessments and analyses of projects and studies that require analysis of
  interrelated issues such as legal compliance, policy compliance, and regulatory
  compliance.
• Gather all relevant information concerning systems collecting personally identifiable
  information by program offices to determine which compliance
  documentation is required.
• Coordinate program offices, project managers, and staff efforts to complete
  privacy-related assessments, analyses, and other related projects.
• Participate in review meetings and analyze documents and other materials during the
  privacy compliance reviews.
• Draft and edit documentation such as project plans, reports, analyses, and other types of documentation.
• Candidates should expect this role to be performed on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required;
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Privacy and Government Consulting
• PTA, PIA, SORN, and IT expertise
• Excellent writing skills. Must be able to present a writing sample
• IPPA certification/association preferred.

• Must hold security eligibility requirements
