The Marketing Program Manager for Global Accounts will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of subject matter experts dedicated to growing sales of SEL solutions with target accounts and markets. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive marketing program and executing campaigns that drive measurable growth and advance customers through the sales funnel.
As a Marketing Program Manager, a typical day might include the following:
Meeting with stakeholders across divisions to discuss sales priorities and pipeline, customer perspectives, go-to-market plans, and strategic marketing initiatives.
Creating project proposals, marketing briefs, and content plans that distill key market information, messaging, and strategic objectives into actionable guidance for creative teams and marketing operations.
Researching target customer audiences and creating ideal-customer-profiles for account-based marketing campaigns.
Identifying market trends and opportunities by analyzing marketing performance and customer engagement data.
Developing detailed reporting on marketing activities and campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
Collaborating closely with colleagues in Content Marketing, Operations, Digital Marketing, Events & Customer Education, and Technical Marketing.

Additional Qualifications:
7+ years of professional experience in a B2B marketing role.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or economics. Master’s degree preferred.
