About the role
- As a Senior Manager, Global Commissions, you will be responsible for efficiently executing all commission processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of commission payments to our Brand Partners worldwide.
What you'll do
- Process Monthly and China Commission Plans
- Create CPL800 and conduct Agent Testing
- Create Check Registers
- Send Payment Files to the market leaders
- Monthly Accounting Reports
- Create and submit reports to the Accounting Team
- Manage Reconciliations
- Keep an accurate record of all payments made through multiple banking platforms
- Create Check Registers and Administer Payment Files
- Administer payment files to all markets as needed
- Assist in Team Management
- Assist in managing the team when the Managing Director is unavailable
- Department trainings as needed
- Comprehensive knowledge of compensation plans
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (including Macros)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- General banking knowledge
- General understanding of accounting
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Consistency and reliability
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- 4-6 years of equivalent experience within the Network Marketing Industry and/or Commissions Payments
- Remote Work
- Adequate home office setup, including a quiet and distraction-free workspace, ergonomic chair, and high-speed internet access
- Ability to work effectively from a remote location, ensuring a professional and organized environment conducive to focused work
- Familiarity with remote communication tools (e.g., video conferencing, collaboration platforms) to engage in virtual meetings and discussions
