Position Responsibilities:

• Oversees and acts as an internal consultant for activities at a strategic/enterprise level between the business and IT and related organizations to understand priorities and develop a strategy to ensure the most complex of business objectives are met

• Acts as a key member of the business leadership team, leads the education of the Business’ senior leadership on IT service offerings

• Collaborates directly with business to understand problems or initiatives, and represents the business or function within IT at the highest levels to engage the right resources, explores alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality

• Directs the development and execution of communication plans, including status to leadership and to business or function stakeholders

• Oversees the identification of risks and impacts and coordinates with business or function senior leadership to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitments

• Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function

• Accounts for the prioritization of dollars spent, funding, and affordability in support of their applicable business unit

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• 3+ years of experience using & supporting IT systems and applications

• 3+ years of experience leading teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with relationship building

• Experience in budget estimating and management

• Experience with collaborating cross functionally across teams

• Experience working in a complex and changing business environment

• Experience with IT infrastructure design, Information Security, SAFe, Product Management

Summary pay range: $120,700 – $163,300
