At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.</p><p></p><p><b>In this role, you will have the opportunity to:</b></p><ul><li>Develop, communicate and execute Sourcing strategies for a portfolio of suppliers within molded parts (die casting) &amp; Metals, ensuring cost efficiency, quality and delivery performance.​ </li><li>Participate in New Product Introduction projects as well as activities related to quality and fulfilment.​ </li><li>Perform continuous monitoring and development of suppliers together with Supplier Delivery Leaders and Supplier Quality.​ </li><li>Manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve business KPI's.</li><li>Act as escalation point for buyers in case of poor delivery performance from suppliers.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>The essential requirements of the job include:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Production Technology, Logistics or similar.</li><li>Work experience from Sourcing or relevant Supply Chain role.</li><li>Ability to manage and develop supplier relationships.</li><li>You connect well with all levels within an organization and your track record show that you deliver on your commitments.</li><li>Analytical mind and data driven.</li><li>Willingness to travel on occasional basis is required.</li><li>Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal communication.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:</b></p><ul><li>ERP systems, e.g. Oracle</li></ul><p></p><p>Join our winning team today.
