Normal Minimum Requirements
- Must currently be or have been a Power Production Specialist I at TEP or three (3) years equivalent operating and maintenance experience in a power production environment, or closely related field.
- Successful completion of the identified qualification process up to and including the PeopleSoft Computer Based Training as well as courses associated with this position and all related testing
Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Must possess a valid up-to-date driver’s license
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Must have physical ability to climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop and lift for extended periods of time
Shift work required

There will be a three-part testing procedure required for this position. The first step is a timed Edison Electric Institute (EEI) aptitude test battery, or proof of full completion of the EEI testing, followed by a written technical skills test and a technical/behavioral based interview. Each step of the process must be passed in order to progress to the next step.
