What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead training, onboarding, and upskilling in salons
• Deliver Foundation and leadership development training
• Track performance and coach for improvement
• Ensure training tool (Attensi) compliance
• Support salon readiness for events and openings
• Promote service excellence and product knowledge

What You Need:

• Valid New York Nail Tech License
• Training experience in fast-paced environments
• Strong coaching and leadership skills
• Confident with digital learning tools
• Great at building team relationships
• Organized, with high service standards
• Based in NYC, open to some travel
