Flexible Spa Nail Tech with excellent customer service.</p> <ul> <li>Passion for delivering outstanding client service</li> <li>Ability to anticipate guest needs</li> <li>A caring and can-do attitude</li> <li>A high standard of personal presentation</li> <li>Therapist capable of performing treatments to the highest standards</li> <li>Dually licensed in Nails/Esthetics and/or Massage a plus</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager</li> <li>Required to work weekends/Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa</li> <li>Properly care for equipment and use spa recommended amounts of product to assist with cost controls</li> <li>Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas</li> <li>Actively promote home care programs</li> <li>Uphold the fundamentals of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures</li> <li>Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required</li> <li>Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention</li> <li>Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available</li> <li>Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously</li> <li>Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction</li> <li>Always maintain a fun and energetic attitude</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills/Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Retail sales experience</li> <li>Provide consistent professional nail services in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices</li> <li>Basic verbal communication skills</li> <li>Minimum of 2+ year experience working in a spa</li> <li>Flexible schedule</li> <li>Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions</li> <li>Detail oriented</li> <li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Regular and reliable attendance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to sit or stand for up to 10 hours</li> <li>Must be able to kneel, bend, crouch as required</li> <li>Must be able
