A Day in the Life

We are seeking a Pr. Deliver Systems Analyst to provide strategic leadership and subject-matter expertise for SAP warehouse systems supporting global Distribution Center operations. This role partners closely with IT, operations, and global stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver system enhancements that align with business requirements and enterprise standards. As a trusted advisor to leadership, the Pr. Delivery Systems Analyst evaluates cost, benefit, and delivery timelines for system initiatives, leads testing and deployment efforts, and drives global standardization through effective collaboration and governance, while directing SAP configuration activities to ensure scalable, compliant, and reliable warehouse operations.

This role will require onsite presence 4 days a week.

         

         

Primary Responsibilities:  

          

Solution Design & Governance

Lead cross-functional solution design, requirements gathering, governance, risk assessment, and review of functional documentation to ensure scalable, compliant, and business-aligned system solutions.

Delivery, Testing & Enablement

Drive end-to-end solution delivery through cross-functional testing, stakeholder engagement, solution demonstrations, training development, and governance reporting to support successful adoption.

Operations & Continuous Improvement

Provide expert application support, manage critical incident escalation, and lead continuous system optimization and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and business value.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in a technical Program/Project management role or an advanced degree 5+ years of experience in a technical Program/Project management role.

Experience in transportation and distribution processes & systems:

  • SAP

  • Blue Yonder (TM, WM, LM)

  • Snowflake

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a US multinational matrixed organization

  • Knowledge of IT and Business change management processes.

  • Experience working within the medical device industry

  • Experience in one or more of the following Supply Chain systems:

    • Sales Order Management

    • Planning

    • Freight audit and pay

    • Dangerous Goods

    • Trade & Compliance

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
