Senior Specialist, eDiscovery

As a Senior Specialist – eDiscovery, you will work closely with our partners in Legal and Global Investigations to assist with the collection and delivery of structured data, adhering to the program’s standard policies, procedures, and quality assurance requirements. This individual will also be responsible for proactively identifying potential risks and working with our business and technology partners enhance existing processes.
Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR
You’ll make an impact by…
- Performing eDiscovery services at the direction of counsel, including document retrieval, review, and delivery.
- Ensuring that assigned discovery tasks, including complex tasks, are collected and delivered in a timely manner, and utilizing processes designed to ensure quality output.
- Assisting with the triage process for incoming requests, gathering additional information from requesting parties as needed.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on protocols specific to Walmart’s data sources, including continual refinement of process documentation.
- Developing, owning, and maintaining assigned standard operating procedures within the team playbook.
- Driving continual process improvement initiatives through the proactive identification of potential risks, business needs, performance barriers, and new technologies.
- Assisting with various projects to help drive program compliance and process efficiencies.
- Conduct training and quality control reviews on document collection processes and maintaining technical proficiency in standard operations.

- You have substantial eDiscovery experience and understand best practices of the discovery process.
- You demonstrate advanced knowledge of the litigation case lifecycle.
- You are comfortable navigating complex enterprise platforms, databases, and cloud technologies.
- You can manage multiple, competing priorities while still achieving results.
- You can identify and implement quality assurance and operational efficiencies in the context of eDiscovery processes.
- You are comfortable building relationships, leveraging internal partnerships, and working collaboratively on a cross-functional team.
- You have a bias towards action and execution.
- You are process-minded and actively seek out opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Legal studies or related area OR 2 years’ experience in Legal, eDiscovery, Investigations, or related area.
