The Role
- As a Product Design Manager on our Core Web Experiences team, you will coach and mentor designers on passionate, consumer-centric product design teams to create and evolve our cross-brand platforms and experiences that serve millions of customers. This opportunity allows someone a chance to shape design strategy & vision for multiple brands through multi-tenant design systems and cross-platform UX. This includes channeling brand specific design vision and requirements into visual storytelling artifacts and design strategies that work across the platform.
- Success in this role is driven by the ability to manage a high performing team of in-house designers. You’ll have the opportunity to advocate for design best practices, integrating UX Research and building meaningful customer experiences. In this role, the one must lead with the understanding the right way is rarely the easy way & that challenges are opportunities.
- This role is based in 30 Rock, NY – open to remote candidates

Qualifications
Required Product Design Skills
- 7+ years of experience as a full-stack product designer who utilizes a data-driven, human-centric approach to product design and development
- 7+ years of experience with Product Discovery, Design Thinking, Lean UX
- Exceptional ability to present and visually communicate
- Proven ability to utilize design thinking and facilitation skills to gather insights and inputs from internal stakeholders
- Channel broader design vision and articulate product design strategy via visual artifacts
Required Design Management Skills
- 3+ years of experience managing, and mentoring multiple designers
- 3+ years of design system experience; work within and contribute to our design systems as well as cross-platform visual systems and languages
- 7+ years of experience with contemporary design, prototyping tools, and methods
- Robust design skills, including interaction design, layout, typography, and color
- Ability to clearly document interactions, edge-cases, & the various states of these experiences through deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Work within, and contribute to, our design systems as well as cross-platform visual systems and languages
- Understanding of usability & accessibility best practices across platforms throughout the design process, with a background in mobile preferred
