Schedule: Full Time | Monday - Friday | 8am to 4:30pm

As a Chief Revenue Officer, you are a senior executive responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth across Vivie’s senior housing, home health, and hospice service lines. You oversee all revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, business development, and payer strategy. Partnering closely with executive leadership, this role aligns growth strategies with quality outcomes, operational readiness, and long-term financial health.

As a Chief Revenue Officer, you will:

  • Lead Revenue Strategy & Growth 
    • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide revenue growth strategy across all service lines. Own key performance outcomes including census growth, occupancy, admissions volume, average daily census (ADC), revenue per patient/day, and long-term profitability while identifying new growth opportunities through service expansion, partnerships, and geographic growth.
  • Oversee Sales & Business Development
    • Lead and scale high-performing sales and business development teams across all service lines. Oversee referral development strategies targeting hospitals, health systems, physicians, ACOs, SNFs, senior living communities, and community partners. Establish clear sales processes, referral tracking, performance metrics, and accountability systems. Coach and mentor sales leaders to improve effectiveness, professionalism, and ethical referral practices.
  • Marketing & Brand Management
    • Oversee enterprise marketing strategy including brand positioning, digital marketing, lead generation, community outreach, and reputation management. Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across senior housing, home health, and hospice while optimizing campaign performance, ROI, and conversion rates through data and market insights.
  • Payer & Market Strategy
    • Partner with finance and contracting teams to optimize payer mix and reimbursement strategies. Support value-based care initiatives and relationships with payers and health systems. Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics affecting revenue.
  • Data, Analytics & Reporting
    • Establish KPIs and dashboard for sales performances, marketing ROI, referral sources, and census trends. Use CRM and analytics tools to drive forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic decision-making. Present clear, actionable insights to the COO and Cabinet team.
  • Leadership & Culture
    • Build a collaborative, accountable, and mission-driven revenue organization. Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with clinical, operations, compliance, and finance teams. Ensure all sales and marketing activities align with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

This job also requires:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue, sales, or growth roles.
  • Direct experience in senior housing, home health, hospice, or post-acute care strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving census growth, referral expansion, and revenue performance.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, referral compliance, and payer dynamics.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
  • Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and community partners.
