About the Position: The individual chosen for this position will perform confidential, administrative support to Executive Leadership of the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS). The responsibilities of this position include but is not limited to organizing meetings and managing the executive’s calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing sensitive matters. This position will serve as a liaison between Executive Leadership and internal and external customers while demonstrating compassion, professionalism, confidentiality, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Seven years of administrative/clerical office work, including three years of experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or confidential secretary.
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position.
