The role will plan, maintain, manage, and control the Supply Chain and Purchasing activities including planning &amp; execution and sales for externally manufactured products. Lead S&amp;OP process for EMO products under area or responsibility.</p><p></p><p>In this role your primary focus will be:</p><p>Supply Planning and Sales &amp; Operations Planning Process</p><ul><li><p>Create and maintain supply plans to meet service and stock objectives, considering supplier constraints</p></li><li><p>Design inventory policy for area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with end-to-end strategy.</p></li><li><p>Actively manage short-, medium- and long-term planning both within Ipsen and with external parties</p></li><li><p>Resolve supply challenges either directly or through co-ordination of cross functional teams</p></li><li><p>Lead S&amp;OP process with partners and/or CMOs focus on action and decision.</p></li><li><p>Lead steps of internal S&amp;OP related to supply review related to scope of products</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Internal Service Level Agreement &amp; Supply master data management</p><ul><li><p>In line with the internal service level agreement process, regularly lead review of supply and inventory policies with all affiliates and external suppliers</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Product Life Cycle Management</p><ul><li><p>Manage and adjust the supply plan and inventory considering regulatory constraints regarding expected variations &amp; artwork change implementation dates by discussing proactively implementation timelines with Country Local Supply Chain, Local Regulatory Affairs, CMOs and Packaging Coordinator-Ensure master data accuracy / update in collaboration with Global Supply Chain Master Data Coordinator</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Supply Chain Execution</p><ul><li><p>Place procurement orders within systems and seek for internal approval and manage the goods receipt process for some EMO products and invoice management along with accounting department</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Supply Chain process and systems improvement</p><ul><li><p>Contribute actively to the enhancement of supply chain processes and system by providing expertise and support to ongoing initiatives in that field</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>To be considered for this role, you will be educated to degree level. APICS CPIM certification would be an asset. 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role in supply chain operations, ideally in an international multicultural environment. Knowledge of planning systems and processes. Negotiation and influencing skills through working with External Partners / CMOs. Data analytics skills would be an advantage.
