Senior Finance Manager - FP&A Operations

<h1><span><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></span></h1>What impact you'll make?<br/><br/>You will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis (FP&amp;A) and reporting for Gas Power IT Business and Headcount/C&amp;B COE. Role dedicated to Structural Costs (SG&amp;A) including manager of Finance for IT SG&amp;A function. Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve cost constructs and internal processes. Leads overall processes and FP&amp;A processes around C&amp;B for Gas Power SG&amp;A.<p></p><h1><span><b>Job Description</b></span></h1><p><b>What you’ll do</b></p><ul><li>Responsible for managing IT FP&amp;A activities related to SG&amp;A: 3 year plan, budget, reforecasts, pacing and actuals reporting of SG&amp;A costs</li><li>Responsible for managing C&amp;B and headcount COE team and FP&amp;A processes</li><li>Leads and develops a direct team of individuals that are Manager of Finance for specific IT organizations and C&amp;B analysts</li><li>Defines KPIs to measure the performance. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to support and influence the of budget via identification of mitigation actions and execute savings opportunities</li><li>Develops expertise within function. Grow reputation within the organization providing professional or thought leadership.</li><li>Develops Lean mindset across the team: standard work and process standardization ;  daily management through efficient dashboard to report progress and actuals ; specific problem solving.</li><li>Support IT and C&amp;B SMO activities for Gas Power</li><li>May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Presents business solutions to leaders in functional area. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action.</li><li>Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex problems.
