Job Description
We’re looking for an Enterprise Project Manager responsible for successful delivery on professional service engagements for our Public Sector customers. In this role, you will oversee projects that support Public Sector clients in maximizing the impact of Procore’s technology on their operations, ensuring compliance with government standards and regulations. You will manage internal and external resources to successfully and profitably deliver service engagements on time and on budget. This role is a balance of independent work where you’ll own and develop multiple new accounts at a time, and will also partner with Professional Services Consultants, Delivery teams, Sales counterparts, Product, and other Customer Success team members to help your clients onboard and grow with Procore.
As a successful Enterprise Project Manager, you have a consultative mindset and can quickly understand both Procore’s Technology and the industries we serve. You will apply best practices and solutions to each client based on their individual business processes and goals. Our service delivery team is solely focused on ensuring Procore's clients are well supported, educated, and fully adopted on our platform. You’ll be instrumental in planning clients’ services and developing roll-out strategies then executing against their plan and pulling in appropriate resources to complete the projects on time and on budget. Leveraging this consultative approach, you will deliver Industry, Technology, and Change Management thought leadership while encompassing Procore’s values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership.
This position reports to the Manager, Project Management, Public Sector and can be based remotely from a US location or in our Carpinteria, CA, Tampa, FL or Austin, TX offices. We’re looking for candidates to join our team immediately!
What you’ll do:
Work with clients to develop project strategies and project plans that focus on business-based outcomes. This includes leading discovery and design workshops, developing Gantt project plans, managing resources and risks, building change management strategies, and fostering relationships with global clients.
Collaborate with key contacts, technical leadership, and our Customer Success department to execute custom statements of work and onboarding strategies.
Develop and implement repeatable processes and templates to create efficiencies and standardize where possible.
Remain current on customer needs, industry trends, and market activities to build trust and relationships with key contacts.
Provide the highest level of service and support to clients through diligent, proactive communication.
Communicate with fellow team members through various channels to enhance personal and team skills and best practices.
Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organization to ensure client success and contribute to Procore’s evolution as a market leader.
Possess a working knowledge of Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies, and be able to travel up to 25% (domestic and international) to client sites, industry events, and other Procore offices.
What we’re looking for:
12+ years experience managing SaaS projects, developing custom project plans, forecasting resources, tracking and managing risk, building change management strategies.
5+ years of experience working in the public sector or with federal agencies.
A history of servicing large, complex organizations with complex web and mobile applications utilized for documentation management, project management, or similar use cases.
Successful management of projects and professional services within a defined limited scope.
Demonstrated successful software client services with proven experience onboarding and training mid to large-scale clients.
Strong empathy for customers AND passion for project management and organization.
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $126,514 - $173,957. Plus commission plan for an estimated on-target earnings of $148,840 - $204,655. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
