Manager Manufacturing Programs
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will interact broadly across the site to implement key business results, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement projects. These roles will focus on supporting product introductions, project management and plant support for AR5 and AR30.
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead to manage project deliverables, establish processes, and oversight of team members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the performance of their team, ensuring quality standards and continuous improvement within their area of responsibility.
This role requires a proactive leader who can anticipate challenges, foster a collaborative environment, and drive continuous improvements in processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead programs to manage project deliverables, establish issue resolutions, and provide guidance to team members.
Oversee the performance of team members, ensuring they meet quality standards and continuously improve.
Support new product introductions, ensuring staff is equipped to handle new challenges.
Develop, implement, and assess solutions for complex problems, providing clear direction to team members.
Anticipate risk and builds contingencies to help mitigate impact
Ensuring right first-time implementation of changes through on the floor user testing and collection of staff feedback.
Communicate and escalate issues to stake holders effectively, ensuring transparency and prompt resolution.
Provide and analyzes data to support management evaluation of team and process performance trends
Offer subject matter expertise in relevant areas, guiding team members with specialized knowledge.
Own quality records (change control, CAPA, deviations) and deliver to timelines
Identify and autonomously implement continuous improvement opportunities
Foster collaboration with Quality, Process Engineering, Regulatory, and Process Development teams to ensure cohesive improvements. Effectively collaborate with stake holders and drive new business processes to ensure continuous and sustained improvement.
Own and author critical standard operating procedures and supporting documentation/training.

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Manufacturing or Operations experience OR
Associate’s degree and 10 years of Manufacturing or Operations experience OR
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Manufacturing or Operations experience OR
Master’s degree and 3 years of Manufacturing or Operations experience OR
Doctorate degree
In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources. Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands on experience facilitating problem solving and root cause investigations in a biotechnology environment
Strong project management skills with ability to multi-task and function in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills, drive, and sense of urgency, energy level and pro
