Join us on this adventure with our recently founded Training Academy team in Kalundborg. </p> <p> </p> <p>The position<br/> As an HR &amp; Training Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Team Leader on projects mostly centered around creating training programmes for new hires at our Training Academy and other HR/Training-related initiatives. In addition to managing a variety of projects and project-like activities, you will be generating and keeping an overview of ongoing and upcoming project activities and initiatives<br/> In this role, your primary tasks will include:</p> <ul> <li>Developing research designs and gathering information on our projects and initiatives </li> <li>Facilitating ad hoc tasks at the Training Academy or supporting other team members in planning, developing, and executing projects or similar activities within their areas of expertise</li> <li>Ensuring that project plans, milestones, budgets, etc. are regularly updated</li> <li>Managing stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications<br/> To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree within project management, business administration, HR, people or organizational development, learning science, or similar</li> <li>Experience in project management and stakeholder management, preferably within HR development or training programs</li> <li>An analytical and data-driven approach with attention to detail</li> <li>Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish will be highly advantageous</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>It will be an advantage if you have an interest in or experience with implementing more smart technical solutions for projects or HR work, such as PowerApps, AI, and chatbots. Likewise, familiarity with compliance requirements and good practice (GxP) areas, or specifically experience as a process supporter in Application Programming Interface (API) can be considered a plus.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a person, you are passionate, self-driven, and thrive when making a meaningful impact. You like to be engaged and work with many different tasks and stakeholders. You have a data-driven approach to problem-solving, a structured approach to task management, and a continuous improvement mindset. You have a proven track record of driving training and HR-related projects with the involvement of stakeholders from all levels of an organization. We anticipate that you will demonstrate a strong drive while also being an integral part of a collaborative team.</p> <p> </p> <p>About the department<br/> The API Training Academy team works with onboarding, training, and translation support across our different production departments. You will be the only project manager in the team, taking over the current and future projects. The Training Academy is an academy for some of our new employees, focusing on basic training and ensuring a positive and effective onboarding experience. The concept is new and still in development, with the majority still being considered in a project phase.<br/> The team consists of 10 people and was newly established in July 2023.
