<p><b>Do you want a job with a purpose? </b></p><p><b>And do you want to make healthcare safer, better and more reliable?</b></p><p><b>Join our Team!</b></p><p></p><p>We are looking for you, located in <b>Trier or 100% remote in Germany </b>as a</p><p></p><p><b>Product Manager (m/w/d) ORBIS EHR Integration</b></p><p></p><p><b>Your tasks are:</b></p><ul><li><p>Creating a cross-market vision for the ORBIS EHR integration</p></li><li><p>Workflow orientated product management</p></li><li><p>Ensuring legal feature readiness</p></li><li><p>Ensuring smooth user orientated workflows in interaction with ORBIS</p></li><li><p>Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends</p></li><li><p>Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams</p></li><li><p>Communication with our customers and development partners</p></li><li><p>Identifying and resolving dependencies on other teams</p></li><li><p>Definition of User-Journeys in cooperation with UX designers</p></li><li><p>Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy</p></li><li><p>Driving the digitalization of clinical admission and treatment processes</p></li><li><p>Preparation of manuals and product documentation</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>You’ll bring <span>in: </span> </b></p><ul><li><p>A successfully completed degree in the field of health care or product management, alternatively an equivalent combination of education and professional experience (ideally from the hospital sector)</p></li><li><p>5+ years in Software Product Management or equivalent</p></li><li><p>Enjoy challenges and finding solutions</p></li><li><p>Very well structured and organized</p></li><li><p>Very good knowledge of EHR and HL7</p></li><li><p>FHIR knowledge is in advantage</p></li><li><p>Affinity for value-oriented digitalization</p></li><li><p>Very strong human relations skills</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills in German and English (French is a plus)</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>What we offer:</b></p><ul><li><p>Permanent employment contract with attractive salary for a long-term perspective</p></li><li><p>Flexible working hours and working time models – for a good work-life-balance</p></li><li><p>Home office incl.
