Your Career

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Prisma Cloud Network Analyzer (CNA) team.

Prisma Cloud is a Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) solution that reduces the complexity of securing multi cloud environments. Customers gain comprehensive visibility across public cloud infrastructure, with continuous, automated monitoring that provides insights into new and existing assets, anomalous behaviors, and potential threats.

CNA is a Prisma Cloud module which provides the true network exposure of customer assets based on a set of policies. This module collects all configurations and runs periodic analysis across all major Cloud Service Providers.

In this context, you will manage a team of developers who interact daily with QA engineers and other cross-functional teams. Your guidance will help them to organize and plan for the coming releases, deliver on time, enhance their development lifecycle.

Your Impact

  • Organize and plan the deliverables for team of 5 developers
  • Prioritize tasks based on customer and Product Management input
  • Collaborate with the QA team to deliver best quality product in the expected timelines
  • Continue to build the team and product brand, and be an ambassador of Palo Alto Networks key values
  • Drive continued scale to our product solution

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or other technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience) or equivalent military experience required
  • High-level understanding of computer networks and of how the Internet works
  • Experience managing technical teams, providing them with thoughtful feedback and with the resources they need to be successful
  • Ability to concisely communicate complex subject matter to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to diplomatically persuade and influence others
  • Ability to collaborate with leaders, technical, non-technical and cross-organizational teams
  • Comfort with ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect information

The Team

The team is composed of 5 backend engineers working with Golang. Their role is to design, implement, maintain and scale CNA micro services to constantly meet our customer expectations, with high quality deliverables.
