IU Health has an outstanding opportunity available for a Talent Sourcing Consultant- Senior to join our team.  This position will be a Full-time day shift role, working Monday- Friday in a remote capacity.

The Senior Sourcing Consultant leads the development and execution of innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent. Focuses on inclusive hiring practices through sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent from all backgrounds, using various sourcing methods, including Boolean searches, social media, job boards, networking, and community outreach. This Consultant conducts researches, develops, and implements recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for open positions. Builds relationships with external organizations, universities, and community groups to expand our talent pipeline and promote inclusive hiring initiatives. Collaborates closely with stakeholders, talent sourcing team, talent acquisition consultants and hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies, job descriptions and interview processes that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles across the organization. 

This Consultant conducts screening discussions to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and alignment with our values of diversity and inclusion, and maintains engagement with passive candidates for future hiring needs. The Consultant maintains accurate and up to date candidate records, and tracks and analyzes recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our inclusive hiring initiatives and collaborates with leaders for areas for improvement along with providing training of sourcers on best practices and sourcing techniques.  This Consultant analyzes and reports on sourcing metrics and adjusts strategies as needed to achieve recruitment goals. Stays current on trends and best practices related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment and shares knowledge and insights with the team.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required, or equivalent years of experience within a matrixed organization, healthcare setting preferred. 
• 5+ years’ experience in talent sourcing and/or recruitment, with proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging top talent.
• Requires demonstrated understanding of inclusive hiring practices and a commitment to promoting diversity and equity in the workplace.
• Requires experience using applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms and other recruitment tools.
