Responsibilities
Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.Job DetailsThe client requires the services of one (1) Cerner Millennium CCL and Data Transformation Lead to support Electronic Health Record (EHR) migration initiatives. This staff augmentation role provides a combination of Millennium data management expertise and hands on technical development and data extraction approaches within Cerner Millennium environments.The Worker will ensure that clinical workflow intent and operational requirements are accurately translated into Cerner Command Language (CCL) logic, data extracts, and downstream reporting and analytics solutions. This position operates under client's direction, policies, and standards, and collaborates closely with clinical stakeholders, informatics governance bodies, and technical delivery teams to support EHR modernization, data migration, reporting, and legacy system retirement efforts.Description of Services / Key ResponsibilitiesThe Worker will perform the following services, including but not limited to:
