JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Digital Network Exploitation Analyst to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role offers a unique opportunity to support mission-driven operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work directly with cyber and network teams to analyze, exploit, and map complex network environments.
You will help drive critical network exploitation efforts and enable enhanced operational awareness through the following responsibilities:
- Conduct active and passive reconnaissance to identify network devices, services, and protocols
- Map network topologies and infrastructure; identify critical network assets and data repositories
- Document network architecture and configurations
- Identify and analyze network-based vulnerabilities, including software flaws, misconfigurations, and insecure protocols
- Assess the risk and impact of identified vulnerabilities
- Research and analyze exploit techniques for known vulnerabilities
- Provide recommendations based on various exploitation frameworks and tools
- Assist with the implementation of exploitation techniques
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Professional experience supporting a military and/or government cryptologic mission. This may include mission support as a military or government language or signals analyst acquiring, identifying, processing, and reporting on electromagnetic emissions
- Experience evaluating target opportunities using all-source data to understand and map target networks
- Experience with and ability to assist in developing detailed exploitation and operations plans
- Experience analyzing SIGINT and cybersecurity data across the OSI network stack
- Experience working with the U.S. Navy or U.S. Cyber Command
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma + 16 years of relevant experience
- Associate Degree + 14 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree + 12 years of relevant experience
- Master’s Degree + 10 years of relevant experience
- PhD + 8 years of relevant experience
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelors degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, IT, Information Systems, Networking and Telecommunications, or similar.
