<p><b>Title:</b></p>LCV EUCOM Poland: Sr. Specialist, Logistics Support-CRG<p></p><p></p><p><b>Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR!</b></p><p></p><p><b>Program Summary</b></p><p><b>KBR </b>leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the <b>Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP).</b> KBR’s enduring mission support of the <b>LOGCAP </b>program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 10 countries.</p><p></p><p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>As a <b>Senior Logistics Support Specialist</b>, you will be an integral part of a team driving impactful solutions and contributing to global change. You will play a pivotal part in implementing health, safety, and environmental policies while actively engaging in HSE conformity and promoting organizational values.</p><p></p><p><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Provide movement control support for the surface &amp; air movement of cargo and personnel through the U.S. Military Transportation System.</p></li><li><p>Perform assignments under general and occasional direct supervision, demonstrating expertise in standard concepts within the field.</p></li><li><p>Display core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions, using standard procedures, and developing advanced skills.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the coordination of logistical support functions; adhering to policies, and procedures necessary to provide support in all areas of airfield operations.</p></li><li><p>Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring departmental safety compliance.</p></li><li><p>Extract necessary data from pre-published schedules / amendments and the preparation of daily schedule.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate mission planning and requirements with all stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Generate incident reports, conduct inspections, and ensure conformity with HSE standards, client, federal, state, and local regulations, as well as KBR procedures.</p></li><li><p>Review and reconcile manifests, short/over shipments, and air terminal reports.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all documentation associated with Terminal Air/Ground Handling scope of work are appropriately retained for proper accountability.</p></li><li><p>Inspect cargo verifying airworthiness, validate pre-load plan weights, dimensions and ensure In-Transit Visibility in accordance with applicable guidance.</p></li><li><p>Determine and implement necessary safety and security precautions for the handling and storage of hazardous material, special cargo, mail, and baggage for air transport.</p></li><li><p>Build-up / break-down pallets, multi-pallet trains, prepare rolling stock, build retrograde assets, and weigh cargo.</p></li><li><p>Operate material handling equipment such as all-terrain forklifts, K-Loaders, and additional material handling equipment.</p></li><li><p>Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules.</p></li><li><p>Make cargo and passenger-related decisions under pressure in a high-stress atmosphere while maintaining performance standards.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot problem areas in logistics and recommend effective solutions.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.</p></li><li><p>Select, assemble, palletize, stage and transport cargo load to/from aircraft/storage areas.</p></li><li><p>Load and unload military / commercial aircraft and linehaul trucks.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with customers to ensure desired logistical objectives, priorities, and schedules are met.</p></li><li><p>Interact with services personnel, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to research and interpret standards, codes, and regulations.</p></li><li><p><b>Work an uncommon tour of duty including nights, weekends, holidays and under strenuous conditions.</b></p></li><li><p>Perform other duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a NACI. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Green Card holder who has lived within the United States for at least the last 3 years to be eligible for this position.</b></p></li><li><p>Requires Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of related experience. An additional 5 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.</p></li><li><p>Must have experience in the loading / unloading of civilian / military aircraft.</p></li><li><p>Experience in military cargo buildup / breakdown, documentation, and marking / placarding is required.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to conduct work in out-of-doors areas with potential exposure
