Job Description
This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York, or Omaha, depending on which location the candidate approved for hire resides.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
LinkedIn is looking for a Senior Manager, Trust - Product Operations to scale, lead, and inspire a team of Trust and Safety Product Operations Managers responsible for representing the voice of our customers/members, protecting our community and driving trust on our platform. Responsibilities:
- Recruit, lead, and inspire a high performing team of Product Operations Managers through 1:1 mentorship
- Develop and maintain a strong team culture of accountability, collaboration, trust, and results
- Develop team vision, set team and individual OKRs and priorities, and develop/track metrics to measure progress and success
- Lead org-wide, cross functional projects and initiatives with your team
- Represent the Trust Product Operations team with cross-functional stakeholders and in key Trust forums
- Maintain strong domain knowledge of online trust and safety concepts to keep LinkedIn a professional and safe place.
- Occasional travel to other LinkedIn office locations
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in economics, management, science, business, applied math, statistics, finance, analytics or related field or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Product Operations Management, Product Management, Customer Experience/Operations, or Management Consulting
- 4+ years of people management or team leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the Trust / Safety space at a technology and/or social media company
- MBA degree or Master’s degree
- Experience inspiring, developing, and leading teams of diverse backgrounds, skill sets, and tenure
- Thrives in ambiguous environments
- Strong results-orientation and direct experience as an individual contributor utilizing data to identify critical trends, develop data narrative, and influence Product to prioritize recommendations
- Experience in a role focused on improving member or customer experience (Voice of Customer/Member).
- Experience driving cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data, including combination of data from multiple sources.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data tools such as SQL, Tableau, CRM (Dynamics), or advanced internal data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem solving experience
- Strong relationship and interpersonal skills
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $150,000 to $243,000 Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
