​​Looking for a highly adaptable person, able to work in high pressure situations, can multi-task and self-manage priorities throughout the day and work week.  This person will have the responsibility maintaining the HVAC and piping systems infrastructure for the 2M sq ft under roof facilities and 260+ acre site.   

​Facility Trades Manager is responsible for managing plumbing and HVAC services both union hourly associates and external contracted resources.  The team conducts regulatory inspections on the factory infrastructure along with supporting the predictive and preventative maintenance programs to support production's operational excellence.  This manager position takes the lead on all piping and HVAC related issues that occur on 1st shift.    

What You Will Do

• ​Manage vended point-of-use crib 
• ​Refrigerant management duties
• ​Liaison with local water authority 
• ​Steam trap preventative maintenance program 
• ​Compressed Air / Gas Survey & Repairs 
• ​Eyewash maintenance program 
• ​Sewer system preventative maintenance 
• ​Maintain the Building Management Systems (Carrier Comfort Control Network and AutomatedLogic Web Control) 
• Available 24/7/365 for plant emergencies and utility outages

What You Will Learn

• ​​Training on the department procedures and standard work, operation of the Computerized Maintenance Management System, and the timekeeping system​ 

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience

Qualifications We Prefer

• ​​Facilities Management experience at a large manufacturing facility. 
• ​HVAC and or Pipefitting trades experience. 
• ​Building management systems experience (specificity AutomatedLogic & Carrier BMS systems).​
