This role combines both digital and in-person interactions, utilizing various digital tools to enhance customer engagement alongside traditional face-to-face meetings<b>.</b> The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting Sanofi's products to healthcare professionals, building a strong customer relationship, and achieving sales targets.</p><p></p><p><b>Main responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Product Promotion & Customer Engagement:</b></p><ul><li>Promote Sanofi products to healthcare professionals in assigned territory</li><li>Present compelling product information and clinical data to build trust and demonstrate value</li><li>Capture and relay customer insights to develop targeted communication strategies</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to create effective customer journeys and execute tactical plans</li><li>Manage customer touchpoints through strategic engagement plans across multiple channels</li></ul><p><b>Relationship Management:</b></p><ul><li>Own and adapt customer communications based on individual needs</li><li>Develop strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and identify new opportunities</li><li>Provide responsive and professional customer service</li></ul><p><b>Territory Management & Reporting:</b></p><ul><li>Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and contribute to experience improvement initiatives</li><li>Ensure communication channels remain effective and take corrective action when needed</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM data to enhance efficiency, drive insights, and develop strategic plans</li><li>Manage territory effectively through KPI tracking, performance analysis, and resource planning</li><li>Consistently achieve sales targets for the product portfolio</li></ul><p><b>Continuous Development:</b></p><ul><li>Stay current on product information, scientific developments, and healthcare trends</li><li>Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and professional skills</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1><b>About you </b></h1><p></p><ul><li><b>Education:</b> University Degree (Life Science or Medical would be an advantage)</li></ul><p><b>Experience and specific knowledge:</b></p><ul><li>Previous experience as a medical representative.
