Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of full Microsoft Suite including Word, Access, Excel, and Power Point
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain integrity, confidentiality, and discretion at all times
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management
- Basic knowledge of payroll and benefits-related laws and regulations
- Basic knowledge of other human resource-related laws and regulations
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
- Knowledge of SQL programming language
- SHRM Certification
- FPC or CPP Certification
- Knowledge of UKG Pro system administration
- Knowledge of symplr Workforce system administration
- 2+ years’ experience with HRIS systems (e.g., UKG, API)
Responsibilities
Carries out HRIS-related activities to assure accurate and up-to-date employee data records, produce complex reports and analyses, manage databases, maintain documentation, and produce other special output.Uses additional software and web-based applications to provide support to other Human Resource related activities. Developing and delivering timely ad hoc reports and data analysis as requested. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and validation of reports.
