Job Summary
Dow Jones is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead delivery across audience platforms, identity systems, and emerging ad formats within the Ad Platforms, Integrations & Privacy team. This role supports high-impact initiatives across deterministic targeting, identity enrichment, video advertising infrastructure, and newsletter monetization — all of which are central to Dow Jones' advertising and data strategy.

This role requires strong technical fluency, system integration experience, and the ability to lead delivery across both Audience Enablement and Ad Format Development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Audience Platform Ownership
- Serve as SPM for initiatives involving identity resolution, audience segmentation, and data onboarding.
- Oversee integration of first- and third-party identity and signal providers (e.g., LiveRamp, UID2, internal ID graphs).
- Partner with commercial and data science teams to define audience activation strategies and roadmap.
Ad Format & Surface Enablement
- Lead delivery of scalable, privacy-compliant ad formats across surfaces including video (web/mobile) and email/newsletter platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering to support VAST integrations, render pipelines, and creative review systems.
- Align format enablement with monetization, personalization, and compliance requirements.
Technical Delivery & System Integration
- Coordinate technical delivery across systems supporting ad decisioning, identity match tables, and cross-channel frequency control.
- Drive alignment between ad server configuration, consent systems, and data enrichment workflows.
- Support experimentation and measurement strategies to validate format and audience impact.
Stakeholder & Cross-Org Coordination
- Work closely with stakeholders in commercial, marketing, and ad operations to align on use cases and integrations.
- Coordinate across product and engineering teams supporting newsletters, video platforms, and personalization systems.
- Maintain clear, data-driven communication with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in audience data, identity, or ad product delivery roles.
- Deep understanding of identity resolution, onboarding workflows, and privacy-preserving personalization.
- Experience with VAST video ad delivery, email-based ad monetization, and ad format development.
- Familiarity with ad tech systems (GAM, DMP/CDPs, consent tools, verification vendors).
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage technical delivery across multiple surfaces and business lines.
