The Sr. Director, Technology and Product UX will define the vision and roadmap for enterprise-grade platforms that support laboratory workflows, clinical insights, and multi-modal genomic data systems. This role leads multidisciplinary Product and UX teams responsible for building scalable, AI-enabled solutions that improve patient and provider experiences across the cancer care continuum. Working closely with engineering, clinical, and commercial stakeholders, the leader ensures that strategy is translated into high-quality, user-centered product delivery. The role demands strong systems thinking, deep product execution expertise, and the ability to operate in regulated environments where precision and usability are equally critical.
