General Superintendent

What You Will Do:

• Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, execution, monitoring, controlling and overall closure of multifamily unit renovation across multiples sites in the greater Phoenix area.
• Overseeing all assistant superintendents that monitor activities by any and all sub-trades each day
• Ensure project aligns with the Company’s high standards
• Driving and maintaining overall construction schedule over the duration of the project
• Updating upper management with key milestone dates, and forecasting daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Assisting with overall budget review and cost tracking
• Ensuring assistant superintendents are Issuing work orders for any and all materials and vendors coming to the site
• Review of any site changes and cost implications
• Overall supervision of all sub-trades, workers, and suppliers
• Reviewing of sub-trade or suppliers’ scope of work to ensure compliance
• Working to ensure overall safety of the site
• Daily, weekly and monthly inspections to review and Implement quality control as required at each site
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
• Communicate with warehouse manager, procurement manager and assistant site superintendents to ensure bulk orders are placed as inventory is used on site and in the warehouse

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of multifamily residential construction & renovation related experience
• Experience overseeing renovation and rehab work is an asset
• Certificate, University degree, or college diploma would be an asset
• OSHA 30-hour training certificate an asset
