<p> </p> <p>RWE Renewables Italia S.r.l., Rome<br/> To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent<br/>  </p> <p>About the department</p> <p>The Investment &amp; Valuation department conducts economic evaluations and provides high quality decision support for RWE’s profitable growth in Renewables. Technology focus may include onshore wind, photovoltaic (PV) and battery storage</li> <li>Build, develop and maintain financial valuation models to assess project economics.</li> <li>Enact a governance role including the business case challenge of valuation relevant assumptions as well as the standardization and enhancement of our investment approval process and papers</li> <li>Lead the RWE Renewables’ investment approval process and manage all relevant stakeholders</li> <li>Take responsibility for Board papers by ensuring accuracy and clarity as well as effective communication to RWE Renewables or RWE AG Board</li> <li>Provide commercial guidance to our business units for investment, divestment, bid and partnering decisions</li> <li>Support financial due diligence processes</li> <li>Support the evaluation of new strategic initiatives, financial workstreams and other internal ad hoc projects</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your profile</p> <ul> <li>Several years of professional valuation experience</li> <li>Knowledge of theoretical investment topics, with a focus on valuation methods, in particular DCF modelling within Excel</li> <li>A degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, mathematical economics or similar</li> <li>Experience in the presentation of decision-relevant information</li> <li>A commercial mindset with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills</li> <li>The ability to bring a critical mindset to projects in a constructive way to enable value creation</li> <li>Proven communication and presentation skills with the ability to assure high quality and accuracy under time constraints with an awareness of deadlines</li> <li>Fluency in spoken and written English is essential in our international team and environment</li> <li>And last but not least: a positive attitude and fun in working in a multicultural team, a sense of humor and a enthusiasm for renewable energy</li> </ul> <p><br/> Apply now with just a few clicks: ad code 84978<br/> <br/> Any questions?
