Accountabilities:

• Lead Development & AI Integration: Manage complex projects and enable AI-driven features like intelligent site search and chatbot assistants.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product managers and platform owners to integrate AI in CMS.
• Technical Vision & Execution: Guide senior engineers on new product development with machine learning and automation technologies.
• Process & Documentation Excellence: Establish best practices for documentation, automation, and CI/CD.
• Project Leadership: Coordinate prioritization and resource management for digital initiatives.
• Business Requirement Translation: Convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure excellence in monitoring and incident management.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Experience: Six years of proven software engineering experience with at least four years in a senior capacity, with a strong background in CMS and digital web platforms.
• AI-Enabled CMS Experience: Proven hands-on expertise with enterprise-grade content management systems and architectural approaches, emphasizing the design, implementation, and support of AI-driven features for automation and personalization.
• Full-Stack Web Development: Strong background in modern front-end and back-end frameworks, API integration, web security, and scalable architectures.
• AI/ML Solution Implementation: Experience deploying AI-based solutions for content automation, intelligent search, recommendation systems, and conversational interfaces within web environments.
• Project Leadership: Demonstrated success leading and delivering complex digital initiatives using modern software development life cycles and methodologies (preferably including agile and DevSecOps).
• Business-Technical Translation: Skills to interpret business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and lead engineering efforts toward optimal, solution-oriented delivery.
• System Neutrality: Deep understanding of component-based design, modular architectures, and industry standards to support cross-platform enablement and interoperability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective communicator able to operate in matrixed organizations and drive consensus among technical, business, and vendor stakeholders.
• Technology Skills: Demonstrated expertise across leading CMS technologies such as Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, or equivalent enterprise platforms, including site architecture, integration of common APIs and security standards, and web tech stacks (ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript frameworks, CSS, HTML5).
• DevOps Leadership: Experience leading diverse technical teams using DevSecOps and CI/CD best practices in complex, high-availability setups.
• Digital Asset Delivery: Successful track record of scoping, developing, and deploying digital assets supporting corporate and commercial initiatives.
• Matrix Collaboration: Ability to navigate multi-disciplinary, matrixed teams across business and IT.
• Project & Process Management: Prior exposure to estimation, change management, contracting, and delivery in technical and business domains.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 20% internationally and domestically; capability to operate in a hybrid work environment.
