Scope of Work:
The contractor will support the website redesign project through a wide range of operational and organizational tasks. This includes content cleanup, asset coordination, testing, and preparing the foundation for a new site build. The role also supports user acceptance testing for the upgrade of the CMS to Connect 4.0.
Responsibilities:
· Organize internal documents and clean up shared file systems
· Identify and remove bloat from legacy website content and structure
· Assist in the restructuring and clean-up of existing page layouts
· Compile and maintain cross-functional asset requirement lists (Tech, Creative, Digital Engagement)
· Test and validate existing and redesigned pages
· Create Looker Studio reports and PDF packets for departmental review and feedback
· Analyze and document comparison findings between old and new site structures
· Conduct ADA accessibility audits (page-by-page) using tools such as WAVE or axe (browser extensions)
· Support sandbox testing and cross-department collaboration on iterative web work
· Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during the CMS upgrade to Connect 4.0, including test script execution, feedback collection, and issue documentation
· Assist in asset library development: folders, catalogs, metadata structuring
· Build foundational template page frameworks for the new website
· Support transition from legacy to new build phases post-remediation

· Template framework files for new site pages
· Cross-departmental report packets and asset tracking documentation
· UAT support records for Connect 4.0 including issue logs and user feedback summaries
