Project manager - Acquisition team

Product-led Growth (PLG) is a major strategic focus for Veo as we broaden our foothold on the sports technology market. In this role, you’ll partner with other product and commercial teams to define and implement Veo’s new product-led acquisition strategy. You’ll work on areas such as Veo’s new demo experience, define Veo’s freemium product, and iterate on the video-sharing experience.You’ll lead a dedicated, agile, cross-functional team consisting of a product designer, a technical lead, and software engineers. The Acquisition product team is part of a group of product teams focused on PLG. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to supercharge our already successful sales-led growth channel.

Responsibilities

• Shape the long-term vision for product-led user acquisition at Veo.
• Partner with core product teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
• Build alignment with product, marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Lead customer and product discovery to clearly articulate the opportunity, identify target users, and qualify/quantify the problem space.
• Defining hypotheses and iterations to validate assumptions and de-risk investments.
• Monitor, report, and qualify the health of the growth funnel and growth loops.
• At Veo, product teams don’t have project managers, but as PMs, we partner with a tech lead and designer to ensure our team is unblocked, focused, and effective.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least three years of agile product management experience with dedicated engineers.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience working as a product manager at a high-growth startup.
• Experience building funnel optimizations and growth loops.
• Comfortable with A/B tests, analyzing data, and reporting on product and commercial KPIs.
