Role Overview

As a Senior Angular & Blazor & Back-End .NET Developer, you will play a key role in developing, designing, and deploying enterprise-level applications in Azure Cloud. You will work within the Business Domain Transport Executions program (PMR), which delivers mobile applications, Azure-based cloud solutions, web interfaces, and integration with legacy systems.

In this role, you will: Develop and implement scalable, high-performance applications in .NET Core, Angular, and Blazor.
Work closely with lead designers to propose innovative and effective technical solutions.
Collaborate with the business team to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ensure best practices in software development, focusing on clean code, SOLID principles, and unit testing.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core Web APIs, Angular, and Blazor applications.
• Implement front-end and back-end best practices for high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure smooth integration with cloud services and legacy systems.

Azure Cloud Development

• Work on Azure-based solutions, including:
  • API management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Blob Storage, CosmosDB, Azure Functions.
  • Containerization using Kubernetes & Docker.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Software Quality & Testing

• Write high-quality, maintainable code using clean coding principles.
• Implement unit tests, dependency injection, and design patterns to ensure robust solutions.
• Optimize performance and security for cloud-based applications.

Agile Collaboration & Communication

• Work in an agile (SAFe/Scrum) environment, contributing to sprint planning and team discussions.
• Propose technical improvements and innovative ideas for both software and processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to refine requirements and improve development strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory Skills & Experience

7+ years of .NET development experience.
5+ years of Azure Cloud development experience.
5+ years of .NET Core Web API development.
Strong experience in unit testing and test-driven development.
Proficiency in Angular, Blazor, and Docker.
Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
Onsite work in Brussels (minimum 2 days per week).

Preferred Knowledge & Technologies

Experience with Azure PaaS services: API Manager, Service Bus, Event Grid, Blob Storage, CosmosDB, Azure Functions.
