Overview: Architect the Future of Fashion Imagery

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Manager, Creative Production & AI Operations to lead our high-volume, AI-generated fashion imagery program. This is a critical leadership role that sits at the intersection of creative vision, operational excellence, and emerging technology.

You will be the architect of our digital content supply chain, responsible for strategy, scaling, and execution. This involves overseeing massive outsourced production teams, managing third-party logistics (3PL) and vendor relationships, and implementing best-in-class workflows to ensure we deliver visually stunning, brand-aligned digital content at unparalleled scale and speed.

Key Responsibilities & Impact Areas

1. Strategic Leadership & Scaling

• Scale and Manage: Lead, coach, and strategically scale large, distributed outsourced teams (stylists, quality specialists) to ensure high productivity and consistent brand alignment.

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the primary operational partner to internal Creative, AI, and Brand teams, translating business objectives into scalable production output.

• Performance Metrics: Establish clear team goals, performance KPIs, and accountability systems to drive operational excellence across all partners.

2. Workflow & Production Architecture

• Process Design: Own the end-to-end production lifecycle for AI image generation, from concept to delivery.

• Asana Master: Implement and standardize efficient workflows in Asana (or similar PM tools) for planning, resource allocation, capacity management, and deadline tracking.

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks, drive process improvements, and champion innovation by integrating new tools, automation, and AI advancements into workflows.

3. Vendor & Quality Governance

• 3PL/Vendor Management: Manage all aspects of third-party logistics and external production vendor relationships, focusing on operational excellence, scalability, and adherence to Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Quality Control: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for image quality, styling accuracy, and fashion authenticity, overseeing systematic QC processes across all teams.

• Data-Driven Governance: Document, evolve, and manage quality benchmarks based on data-driven analysis and feedback loops with AI and creative teams.

Essential Qualifications (Hard Requirements)

• Experience: 5+ years in a leadership role within digital fashion, e-commerce production, or creative operations.

• Outsourced Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing and scaling large, distributed outsourced/offshore creative teams.

• Operational Tool Kit: Strong proficiency in Asana for advanced workflow automation, resource planning, and project management.

• Vendor Expertise: Proven experience overseeing 3PL or external production vendor management and driving performance improvements.

• Creative Acumen: Deep understanding of digital image quality standards, styling principles, and fashion aesthetics.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent operational leadership experience of 7+ years).
