Mission Statement
Lead the execution of Dead Tank breaker product portfolio in North America market and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety and environment requirements, financial targets as well as scheduled commitments
Main Accountabilities:
Project leadership:
Supporting Project Managers by ensuring the project execution approach in coordination with internal stakeholders, execution planning and monitoring and control of both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
Project Execution and Control:
- Review of Contract, PO and quote
- Preparation of project specific risk, and opportunities management
- Preparation of project wise Master document list
- Coordination with customer account payable team to ensure accounts receivable are collected on time.
- Follow-up on Material shipment, material receipt at site and acknowledgment from sites for submission of Milestone billings (if any)
- Closely coordinate and document change requests related to Scope of Work and get approvals for time extension, additional cost etc
- Project handing over, as-built drawings, commercial closure etc and collection of PAC, close out of any open items & FAC
- Payment follow up with Customers to avoid overdue
- Project Margin review and analysis
Principles:
- Adhere to the project management processes in the organization
- Ensure implementation and compliance of OHS group guidelines
- Ensure Hitachi Energy integrity guidelines are followed in the team
- Ensure IS security policy followed in the team
- Acts as role model within organization.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Experience in project execution is preferred.
- Should possess strong leadership skills and ability to convince stakeholders in the interest of the project.
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver the projects with time, cost and quality.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- SAP and Microsoft Office Skills is must.
