Job Title:  Product Coordinator – UGG Made for Outlet & Special Make Up

Reports to: Director, Product - UGG Footwear, SMU & MFO

Location:  Goleta, CA

The Role

Assist the SMU product team with a variety of daily administrative functions to ensure smooth operational flow across the category product organization.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Support Director and MFO/SMU Product Line Managers:

• Assist with the creation and maintenance of the season through Flex PLM system entry, global line sheets, and all communication with merchants, development, and design on SMU’s.
• Organize and manage master file and tracking of all global SMU’s and MFO product
• Maintain sample process & communication between Sales & Product
• Assists in communications regarding drops, adds, line changes, etc., as needed
• Collaborate and communicate with Product Development assuring samples are delivered at requested date
• Manage and track all sample approvals and communicate with merchants regarding execution, timing and delivery
• Collaborate with Development team with organization of warehouse storage, and coordination of samples.
• Manage timing of deliverables on a weekly basis communicating with Global Product Development, Product Team, Design, Global Merchants, Costing and MDM team.

We’d love to hear from people with

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years related administrative experience in retail/wholesale, product line design and/or development, merchandising, etc. with footwear preferred
• Experience performing administrative tasks, adhering to project calendars, and executing against deadlines
• Strong experience using Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
