Location(s): Arden Hills, MN; Maple Grove, MN  

Duration: May – August 2025 

Eligibility Requirements: Eligible to work in the U.S. without restraint

Your Opportunity:  

As an Industrial Engineering Intern at Boston Scientific, you will…  

  • Utilize data to analyze the complaint handling process  

  • Lead process improvement activities across complaint management center’s divisions  

  • Develop WIP handling infrastructure to sustain improvement activities  

  • Leverage change management techniques to guide teams through the change  

   

Your Impact:

Examples of meaningful work by Industrial Engineering Intern:  

  • Reducing complaint handling processing time and/or cycle time  

  • Facilitating relationships between analysts to facilitate process improvement  

  • Guiding teams to utilize their resources more effectively  

   

Qualifications:  

  • Current Bachelor's student in your Junior or Senior year or grad student. Must have at least one semester of school left post-internship to qualify.     

  • Industrial Engineering major is preferred  

  • Must have authorization to work in the United States without restriction.  

  • Have basic process improvement knowledge  

  • Have basic coding skills
