• Lead and diversify  the Virgin Unite Constellation – our global donor and partner community 

• Oversee an annual calendar of unforgettable gatherings and experiences 

• Explore and develop new models for sponsorship, fundraising and partner engagement especially with the private sector 

• Build and lead a high-performing, purpose-driven team 

• Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and impact 

• Track, measure, and report our impact, working closely with operations and finance 

What you’ll need 

• Creative thinking and entrepreneurial energy, with a flair for making things happen and developing new business models   

• Experience in community building amongst high net work individuals, other leaders and corporates 

• A proven track record in generating income and high-value fundraising Strong strategic chops – and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty 

• A way with people – especially high-net-worth individuals and purpose-driven leaders and companies 

• A deep commitment to social and environmental impact

Role type: Permanent 
Location: New York & your home space  
Salary: $195,000 - $217,000 plus bonus (dependent on location)- We're putting our salaries out there for everyone to see - no smoke and mirrors, just honest numbers. We'll offer a salary that matches your skills, always aiming for room to grow.
