Business Analyst

Position Title: Business Analyst (Remote) Function: Data
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in the Supply function. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Soum's main Supply-related projects, conducting data analysis to drive actionable insights, and contributing to all supply-related tasks. The role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct data analysis to assess performance and drive actionable insights - Data Analysis: Analyze supply & demand data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvements - Drive Supply projects end-to-end from inception to execution - Enhance, optimize, and standardize existing processes - Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply data accuracy, efficiency, and overall supply projects - Contribute to the expansion of sales channels both locally and internationally - Work closely with other departments, including supply, growth, and product, and ensure the best stakeholders management - Lead expansion efforts to new categories, brands, and models
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or a related field - Fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets - Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively - Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues
