Emplify Health is seeking an experienced Manager, Clinical & Business Systems to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of clinical information systems that support procedural and imaging services. This role partners closely with the Director of Health Information Management & Clinical Systems and plays a key part in advancing high‑quality, efficient, patient‑centered care through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of clinical systems within procedural and imaging environments.

  • Align technology initiatives with organizational strategy, quality, safety, and service goals.

  • Manage system implementation, optimization, and performance to support clinical workflows and operational excellence.

  • Oversee fiscal stewardship, resource planning, and budget management for your area.

  • Partner with clinical and operational leaders to improve outcomes, standardize processes, and enhance user experience.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and safety standards.

What's Available:

  • 1.0 FTE

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday Days

  • Location: Remote eligible position for residents of WI, MN, and IA. However, would require willingness to work onsite as needed for business needs.

  • Immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B) is not available for this position.  
     

What You'll Need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Computer Science or a related field

  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in clinical and business system implementation support or health information management.

  • License and Certifications: Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Preferred but not required

  • Prior supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.

  • Experience with procedural and/or imaging systems strongly preferred

  • Passion for service excellence and continuous improvement

  • Strong leadership and team building capabilities
