Recruiting Specialist – Heavy Civil ConstructionLocation: Denver, CO

We’re seeking a motivated Recruiting Specialist to lead hiring efforts for our Denver-area operations. In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers to fill key positions, build strong relationships with local and regional colleges, and help grow our internship program.

 

Wage Range: $65,000 - $77,000

 

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Denver-area positions.
• Build and maintain college recruiting pipelines.
• Coordinate campus events, career fairs, and interviews.
• Support the development of our internship program.
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (construction industry a plus).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting best practices.
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally for events.
