POSITION PURPOSEThe Salesforce Administrator plays a key role in supporting the definition of business process and configuration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Serves as a knowledge resource for Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud capabilities and best practices. Responsible for analyzing business objectives associated with internal departments and other applications, as needed. Additional focuses include: nCino Platform Management, Marketing Cloud Technical Administration, data model, and user adoption. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Create efficient automated processes in support of business requirements and management request
Own and support platform updates, technical backlog of errors, updates to processes, managed packages, and complete data backups.
Conduct business process review sessions with each supported business unit
Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of products, services, and workflows associated with SAFE products and services
Maintain a working knowledge of file structures and job/data flows by way of documentation, that make up the SAFE production systems related to Salesforce
Work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system problems
Analyze and document processes with a high level of accuracy and clarity
Recommend new processes and improvements of features and functionality within Salesforce
Log and track identified system problems through resolution
Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as database applications are developed
Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
Complete other duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, engineering, or a related field from a four-year college or university; and/or five or more years of related Financial Services Experience. Two or more years as a Certified Salesforce Administrator with experience in Salesforce configuration.Certification:

Salesforce Associate certification and/or
Salesforce Administration certification.
Salesforce Platform App Builder certification preferred.

Required Knowledge: Three or more years of experience with CRM management in a large organization (100+ Salesforce users) and/or Five or more years of related Financial Services Exp
