Raytheon is seeking a Manager of Global Trade Digital Compliance inside their Global Trade Program Management Organization (PMO). This position manages moderately sized projects and processes with minimal oversight. Provides training, guidance and collaboration with Digital Technology & Cyber groups on current and new projects and processes to reduce Global Trade Risk and increase compliance.
What You Will Do
- Conduct reviews and provide advice and guidance on the deployment of Digital Technology tools to protect and control access to data controlled under the ITAR, EAR, or other export control regulations.
- Provide training for Raytheon Digital Technology and Cybersecurity security personnel on export controls, sanctions, and corporate policies and procedures.
- Ensure dedicated, ongoing support and design guidance for major digital initiatives.
- Support ongoing evaluation of the efficacy of controls, identifying gaps, ensuring remediation and continually improving metrics, as well as occasionally supporting investigations & disclosures.
- Participate in and lead councils involving Raytheon Strategic Business Units.

- Work across the Global Trade PMO to ensure the integration of a variety of compliance tools and programs.
- Find ways to reduce risk while allowing the business to push forward with new technologies.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years of experience
- Work experience in roles that ensure compliance with the ITAR, EAR, and / or related U.S. Sanctions regulations
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience analyzing export controls and compliance aspects of digital systems and cybersecurity technology
- Experience with Restricted Party / Denied Party Screening systems and configurations
- Familiarity with export controls and sanctions in countries outside the United States (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written advocacy skills
- Strong work ethic and interest in the subject matter
- Experience working to resolve a consent agreement

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
