Our Account Manager will be responsible for managing across the complete Corporates product portfolio (Tax and Trade, Legal and Risk Compliance)

About The Role

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned accounts

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients

  • Understand client needs, goals, and challenges

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts

  • Acquire new customers within assigned territory or industry vertical

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Account Planning and Strategy:

  • Create and maintain detailed account plans

  • Set short-term and long-term goals for each account

  • Develop strategies to expand product adoption and increase customer value

Renewal Management:

  • Ensure timely renewal of existing contracts

  • Identify at-risk accounts and develop retention strategies

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to improve customer satisfaction and reduce churn

Solution Development:

  • Work with product and industry specialists to develop tailored solutions for clients

  • Collaborate with solution consultants to create compelling proposals and presentations

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with account coordinators for back-office support

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption

  • Engage product and industry specialists as needed to address complex client requirements

  • Work with Partnerships team to identify and engage key partners throughout

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities

  • Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs and feature requests

Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline information

  • Regularly report on account status, opportunities, and challenges to leadership

Contract Negotiation:

  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties

  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams as needed

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques

  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills

Customer Advocacy:

  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization

  • Escalate and resolve customer issues as needed

Team Collaboration:

  • Share best practices and success stories with the account management team

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture

About You

  • Customer Understanding and Empathy: * Ability to understand customer needs, pain points, and goals. * Empathy to build strong relationships, trust, and rapport with customers.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate value propositions. * Strong active listening skills to understand customer concerns and respond appropriately. * Ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining a positive customer experience.

  • Technical Knowledge and Understanding: * Familiarity with our software and AI technology products and services. * Ability to understand customer technical requirements and identify
