About the role

Sinch is looking for an upbeat, passionate and hardworking Sales Enablement Trainer to facilitate new hire and ongoing sales training initiatives focused on the overall capabilities and development of our sales team. This role will ensure that our teams have the skills, knowledge, and tools that are vital for success in their roles.

As Sales Enablement Trainer, your role is critical in developing, planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs crafted to meet organizational needs for all sales-related employees. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Enablement, you will be aiding in the training process end-to-end, including needs analysis, content development, training delivery, communication, optimization, and outcome assessment. As well as serve as our internal expert in analyzing the efficacy of all training content and programs against company objectives, and identifying areas for improvement to maximize efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Help handle the sales training schedules, enrollments, tracking, and reporting
  • Applies relevant product knowledge and process knowledge in training. This includes a deep understanding of the complete Sinch product suite, sales processes, sales skills, and tools.
  • Onboard new sales roles ensuring they are trained and proficient in product knowledge, messaging, the competitive landscape, sales process, sales skills, and tool adoption.
  • Partner with technology experts to ensure accurate training of all sales enablement tools. (e.g., Salesforce, Clair, Lessonly, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator)
  • Deliver training and development programs, including but not limited to facilitating in-person, virtual, coaching, and/or e-learning presentations.
  • Reinforcement and ongoing training and certifications for new product releases, messaging and positioning in the market, and ad hoc campaigns.
  • Handle the overall sales content library to ensure all information is organized, current, and easily accessible data and feedback to provide measurement on the efficacy of sales training programs and identify gaps.
  • Connect with management to recommend training enhancements.
  • Serve as an SME with sales content design
  • Provide training analysis to influence driving product sales growth
  • Keep up to date on how the sales landscape is changing and adapt content
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience as a Sales Training Specialist, Corporate Sales Trainer or a similar position, B2B SaaS experience is a plus
  • Previous expertise with delivering sales processes, sales systems and tools, skills and methodologies.
  • Ability to design and delivery engaging and impactful training programs with role-play activities, case studies, assessments, evaluations, experiential learning activities, and playbooks
  • Ability to empower others to improve their skills
  • Outstanding coaching and sales skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Great interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask as and when required
  • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and training efficacy measurements and processes
  • Previous experience/knowledge of sales systems (eg. Salesforce, Chorus, Clari, Seismic, Outreach, and other sales enablement tools)
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and instructional design tools (eg. Lessonly, Rise360, Captivate)
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
