<h2 class="lumesse-section-header lumesse-section-header-0 jdesc-section-header"><span style="color: rgb(0, 32, 96);">What The Role Is</span></h2> <p>Clearway Energy Group is looking for a Control Center Lead to join the Real-Time Operations Team in Scottsdale, AZ. Operating out of the Clearway Energy Group RPMC (Reporting and Performance Monitoring Center), the team currently monitors and controls 10 GW of utility-scale renewable energy plants, Wind, Solar, and BESS. The Control Center Lead will support on-shift Operations Specialists in daily operations and activities and will report directly to the Manager, Real-Time Operations. This position requires working 12.5 rotating shifts, including night, weekends, and holidays, to ensure continuous operations and monitoring of the CEG utility fleet. &nbsp;</p> <h2 class="lumesse-section-header lumesse-section-header-1 jdesc-section-header"><span style="color: rgb(0, 32, 96);">What You'll Be Doing</span></h2> <ul> <li>Provide guidance and support to the on-shift Real-Time Operations Specialists in day-to-day job activities and responsibilities</li> <li>Manage the RCA and continuous improvement process regarding real-time operations issues, mistakes, and common practices</li> <li>Assist in proactively monitoring real-time activity, performance, and operational status of all wind, solar, and BESS assets</li> <li>Assist in Real-Time Operations Specialist in understanding and identifying abnormal operations or alarm conditions that arise during the shift and appropriately troubleshoot in a timely fashion</li> <li>Perform periodic operator log reviews for accuracy and compliance</li> <li>Perform acceptance testing on RPMC tools or applications used by the on-shift Operations Specialist</li> <li>Support the commission activities of new projects</li> <li>Support and assist in the onboarding process, training, and qualification activities of new operations specialists</li> <li>Implementation of processes and procedures to assure compliance with internal controls and quality controls for customers and field personnel, and distribute the information to the real-time operations specialists.</li> <li>Support and assist in RFIs, data requests, and other assigned duties</li> <li>Provide constructive feedback, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</li> <li>Support operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and helping with best practices</li> </ul> <h2 class="lumesse-section-header lumesse-section-header-2 jdesc-section-header"><span style="color: rgb(0, 32, 96);">What You'll Bring</span></h2> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in p
